Hi, now my first game is out, I am working on the next one which is a bit more ambitious in nature.

I am looking for someone to take my pixel art characters and then animate them for me. I'm okay at designing the characters I want, but animating them isnt my strong point!

Its likely to be an engagement you can do in your spare time over the course of around 6 months to a year, as I will be looking to send you new sprites maybe 2 or 3 per month.

Spec:

64x64 sprites, minimum 6 frames of animations. Typical animations for enemies will be idle, walk, run, attack, hurt, death

I would prefer to work on a fixed cost per sprite for each spritesheet.

If you are interested please PM a link to your portfolio and a cost estimate. I realise that you will need more details and examples to work out a final price, but an indication of your costs would be very helpful at this stage.

As a final note, if someone is interested on coming on board with the game and sharing profit, I am open to that disucssion too as I need 1 pixel artist to work with.

Could you post an example sprite, as well as perhaps specify what sort of animation style you want (exaggeration and cartoony, realistic, something else...)? 64x64 is a very flexible size and doesn't tell your potential animator much about the actual work that needs to be done.

Love the style. I have a production animation BFA, but not much pixel animation on my website at the moment. Here's what I have to show...
