   I attempted to make a fairly realistic eye, with few colors, in a limited space. I used three skin tones, a black, a white, and a purple-ish blue. Its in a 90 by 50 pixel block.

I just wanted to know how I can improve.

	I'm tempted to say this was a photo color decrease because your dithering is so random. Any reason for that?

	It's usually a bad idea to shade with black on color. Try changing the black dither-shading to a different color that blends better with the skin tone... the dithering could use some cleaning up, too. Doing those two things will help this piece tremendously.

I took the pencil tool in paint to do the outline, and went from there. Lots of strokes, and only a little bit of cleaning up(except in the Iris and Pupil.). And Stichy, thanks, I'll do that.
