I would just like to ask why my doll hasn't been accepted but others have that have used bases

just as an example:

	I think Setzer's comment on your piece pretty much summed it up: *Originally posted by Setzer* if you take a look at the base; http://pixels.anlinasheng.com/bases/tarti/tarti04.png you'll see that 9/10ths of the good parts of this image were pre-made. the rest is just scratchy lines seemingly thrown about. It's not necessarily because of the fact that you used a base, but because of the quality of the things you did yourself. The hair and background ground are way too sketchy to have been placed pixel by pixel.
