seems very stiff. Much better than I could do at this point so I really haven't much to offer in the way of critiques except that you should loosen his walk up a bit

It looks stiff, and the pants are pillow-shaded.

thanks guys. I know it's stiff, it's still really rough, but I still wanted to get some feed back. And I don't concider the pants pillow shaded. If you zoom in, it's clear that the light source is definitely coming from the front of the pants. |

maybe it looks like a trot because the legs need to be extended a bit more and the shoulders should move a bit. i don't really know though, it's better than i can do.

The legs don't seem to move at the same speed. It's making him limp.

the first image is walking, but i think he puts down his feet a bit hard, how about making the feet go down slowly instead of 3(?) pixels at once, like in the secondlast frame the foot is still 1 pixel from the ''floor'' your arms allso appear to be twitchy, i think that is because you tweened to.. mathematically..
then on to the run, i think you should tilt his body more forward to show movement, and add a hop to give it some more umph allso, when he lifts his feet, he goes immediately in a angled line downward, to the floor. you should make it that he is actually lifting it up more as he goes forward, untill the foot is a bit in front of the body(or under it, if you tilt the body from | to /) and then bring it down a bit fast. it would allso help to tilt the head a bit downward, as if he is pushing himself to the edge. and some small things one both the anims, the elbows seem pretty rigid, and the anims are kinda speedy (AND HES GOT NO EYES OMG OMG! =P) |

I was a little bit worried when I saw you posted here. I thought you were going to put me down some how. Thanks for the help, though. I'll work on that stuff, those are good points. edit: Edited by Citizen_Insane |
