Yeah you should put more detail into the hair and the shirt and arms then it should come out looking pretty nice.

I like that pose. I would suggest fixing his left foot though. It looks small and a little off balanced.

I like the lineart, but it's anatomically wrong. His left leg is shorter, and his left foot is smaller. Also, his pose looks very uncomfortable, not natural. If you want a more fluid pose, make the sword shorter(I hate to say it, but yes you'll have to).
His right arm seems slightly longer than the other, I don't know if this is true.

The coloring is weak. You need contrast, and although I don't know the color count, it seems like you have used alot. The originality of the character is lost in your coloring.

Good work though, keep it up!
