No, he looks really nice i'ts just the shoulders that are messed up.

the hair could deffinetlly use more refinement. I agree that it looks nice so far though

I think the hidden leg looks a bit weird. Do you have a reference picture that you used? I can't quite see how his rear leg would have a natural angle. From the look of his knee, his thigh seems to be angled downward, instead of going up towards his hip. The angle of the shin doesn't match the foot either, unless his foot is very, very long.

anATomy is a bit off...
looks very constructed and doesnt show volumes very much
you put too much emphasis on the muscles. they are not really connected and look like seperat shapes which makes it look almost like he has no skin...
