This time it was me sending it back.
You took an NPA and reduced it then posterized it. Maybe you did hand pixel the flames afterwards but then just pillow-shaded that :/ |

More than 80% of the pixels on canvas are retouched, a pice made at 100% that overuses the fill tool has less work. I prefer to do big drawings and then resized them to the size I need, because I wasn´t born in the mspaint era. I´m sorry to tell you, but you´re abusing of power. |
