I wonder if anyone can tell me why this: http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/23796.htm# got accepted while my humble pixel sheet (below) didn't get accepted. (NOTE: I'm not bashing that certain submission above, I actually like it... I'm sorta using it to prove a point)

Is it really that bad? =(

REZ, please don't think of it as a bad thing. Perhaps it's a sign you should go to the WIP forum and ask for people's help in order to improve it? Just because it's better than one of the worst pieces in the gallery doesn't mean it's really worth being in there. If you just give it a try i can assure you they'll be accepted. You'll feel better about taking the effort too.

I'm sort of surprised this wasn't let in. It's not 100% perfect, but I still think it's good enough to go into the gallery.
