CHALLENGE: Yo DawgPixel an image showing yourself in the act of creating a piece of pixel art! It does not have to be entirely realistic, but it should at least be clear that you are in the act of making some pixel art. Have a look at this piece for some inspiration. A reference image of yourself is encouraged, but not required. CHALLENGE RULES

![]() Here's my WIP right now, Its me, Pixel pushing. I thought i'd go with the more abstract/playful idea than try to get too serious. I think the Background needs some work. I wanna keep the piece grayscale except for the "pixels". Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks! Edit: I also wanted the light source to be coming from the "pixels" so any advice on that would be helpful. Anything? Anyone? nothing? Really? Edited by Wootai - 25 November 2010 at 9:58am |

Your idea is really interesting. Just try to increase the contrast using vivid/less satured colors. It would be magnific.
