i find outlïne inside of sprite too much dark, try to using little different colour - you could possible that of sprite (darker purple, etc for front parts).

The title is "Octo-Slave" yet you wrote "Otco" in the piece. I see nothing wrong with asking if that was intentional or not.

I think the little frankenstein-esque metal neck bits have incorrect perspective. At that POV, I think we might see more of the flat end, as opposed to just the side.

I also agree with RebeaLeion.
