I have a question! When people are talking about "Bit Colours" what do they mean? 2Bit=2 Colours 4Bit=4 Colours8Bit=8 Colours
16Bit=16 Colours
32Bit=32 Colours
Is that correct? If there are any sites explaining this issue could you please direct me to them!

Nope, that's not it... it's 2^bit. So for example, 8 bit would be 2^8=256 colours.

?. But how come 8 bit games have like 2-4 colours in?

I think you're confusing the cpu specification of a system with a systems ability to display colours.
