The text looks really sloppy. At 1x it almost looks like a scrawl. You have a black background and a few grays; why not AA? Why not give your curvy letters some curves (capital C for a glaring example) like in what I'm assuming was your reference picture?

Also, why is the umbrella so messy? It looks like it's in tatters. The actual logo looks nothing like that. And again: why no AA?
