Hi guys, i'm beggining with Pixel Art, and tutorials doesn't really help me.
So i decided, to post some things here, and maybe recive some serious help, and become better.

Here's first sample , i know it looks bad , so please dont post something like ,,it looks like a sh*t!,, or ,,Try tutorials!,, .

How can i improve it?.

you're using lines to define volumes, so all you have is little scribbles on a tree. you need to think in 3D, about the forms that compose the tree. the tree has branches, and the foliage clumps to these branches.

here's a reference. notice how the light areas on the foliage depict discrete clumps, and aren't abstractions purely to add texture:

Likewise, in this tree there is volume: darker areas recede into the tree, lighter areas jut forth, being near the ends of the branches:

you might also want to make the trees more irregular, right now they look meticulously manicured, and thus a bit unnatural.

try to think of the tree more as a cone than a triangle.  Right now yours looks a little flat.  The pine tree from Terranigma might be of some inspiration for you

notice that at the base of the tree it is rounded, not flat, making it more 3d.  You could also stand to use a bit more contrast, especially on the tree trunk.  I noticed you used some shading on the trunk, but at 1x it just reads as a solid color.  You might also try making the tree more natural by making it slightly asymmetrical.  I would also stick with the more directional light source youre using, than using the mirrored method terranigma used though.

Heres a rough edit I did:

I basically rounded the bottom parts of the branched to make it more cone like like I explained, and made the colors a bit cooler for my own preference.

As for your previous smaller tree, it feels a bit flattened.  Or like its width was stretched afterwards.
