No i wouldn't allow that. Just put both colour versions in the same submission and ask in your description for people's views on which one looks better.

I believe this was discussed elsewhere, and either sedgemonkey or jalonso put forth a great argument against it, so I think that it probably won't be implemented unless it's a mod-exclusive feature.
