I dont think he is that awefull.. I think its a bit large, and I think that that left line of his chin should be some more to the right.. If you color and shade this, I think its cool!
Also the arms can be removed, they wont start that high....

there are mayor anatomy problems on your face(the one you draw, not 'yours').

since i'm not good on explanations, let's the edit talk for me.

-as you may see, the line of the face must Always connect with the end of the ear.
-the neck was completely outsized compared to the rest of the body.
-the mouth was, in my opinion, too much lineal to be a mouth, so i'll suggest you to use a more 'relaxed' line.
-the nose was ok... since noses by themselves have infinite posibilities. but you must take into consideration that them have common structures, such as the curve that appears in the connection of the nose with the eyebrowns
-and other minor edits like the shoulders, neck, etc. as i always say, use photo references for best results.

They eyes need to be lower. Don't make the mistake of using front view placing methods with 3/4 view perspective. As it stands, his eye sockets are in the lower forehead.

why are you fed up at pixelation? they've been nothing but helpful.

Sorry to say, but you NEED to study the skull proportions if you ever want to make a believable human face. Don't be offended by that.  It's more embarassing to refuse to improve than it is to be inexperienced IMO.

So far, everyone has been saying the same things, that should be a clue that maybe someone knows what they're talking about..

also, at Pixelation you said that you paint Manga in the past, isn't? me too... that's why i learned the basics of proportions.

eh. manga doesnt tell you the basics of proportions. it shows you how to screw proportions up

well... in fact, you need some basic concepts of anatomy to draw an antrophomorfic character, it doesn't matter if its made in the occidental or the oriental style. a face is always a face.

first learn to draw things correctly, then go mess around. if you start messing around before you've got a really firm grasp of realism, you're bound to screw up.
