Ah, thanks. Yeah I had a version with a bit of a highlight but I wasn't confident in how it looked and I tried to keep the shadows without detail which looking back on the shell might have been a mistake. I suppose if I work more on my project I can revise it in the future!

I'm not sure about reptiles but birds have a very in and out system where if they don't use the energy they consume it's jus expelled. which I guess is why they're always whacking their heads against the floor.
