To all those color comments... i never limited myself for colors -except- for animating, personally i don't see the point. I started eliminating colors for this one, stopped at 34:

@crab2selout: thanks for the tips, i also find issues when the jacket starts to break and scatters around, but since the frames go back and foward like 1-2-1-2-3-2-3-4 maybe the only solution is to edit the jacket in each frame to remove the flicker as you say, i'll try it.

@the b.o.b: yeah adarias already pointed it, its the jacket breaking up

@Filax: i started with the human shape, then i made the frames from there, the last frame was the wolf form. there isnt much to say about the technique used, because there isnt much movement at all, the shaking makes it look there is more than it really has. for making the frames I just edited the previous frame redrawing some parts (hands and arms, head mostly) and moving others

@eru: um... kevin's morphing procress was just a white shape changing... and colors arent as good as snes ones...i cant see similarities :s still SD3 wasnt my idea

@omgfossil: yeah thats what i made in the first place, but the whole process looked a bit fast , then howling right away, so i made a little break after it, opens the eyes, gets up, then roar.still some friends complained about that too, maybe i add an url with an alternate animation later.

@emagination: nah, might look a bit busy i think. the ideal would be add sound to it

@smithy: yeah chaindog said it. the older altered beast games dont look very good to me...  i'd like a lot to play the ps2 one though

nobody complained about  the cheap looping at the end? wow lol
Then ill be the first! *complains* i was thinking to make him go black and then change to human shape again, but finally not, didnt look good either :P
