On second thought, the shoulder looks fine. I just woke up and my eyes are still a little blurry.

The darkest flesh tone and the pink ribbon seem to almost blend into eachother. (Refer to hand and shoulder.) You may want to grab one of those darker purple shades and help define an edge. Other than that, looks grand.
