@  orenshtiv, yep, I have a problem with the timing too. I made the images in photoshop, then exported into flash and then exported as an animated Gif but I don't seem to be able to control the timing anymore. Is there a better way to do this maybe where you can still determine the timing yourself ? Would adobe fireworks be better to use ?

@ Stickman hey Stickman, it's a turnaround cycle excisting of 25 frames.The keys are, a front view, profile right, back view, profile left and front again. between each key there is a breakdown in the middle and inbetween the key and breakdown two more drawings on a third and 2 third to evenly space the movement.
