 As much as i'd like to take credit for the shiny gradient across the image, I have to admit it was a terrible accident. I made the entire picture on Ms Paint and tried compressing it. Exporting the image resulted in a whole bunch of derp and ended up breaking the file. I opened the converted cmyk image as a txt file and ended up data bending the picture to look like this. (You end up distorting the images hcolor information rather than the actual pixels.) There use to be a lot more to the picture but this is the only part that wasn't distorted in an ugly fashion.

I know most legit pixel artists look down on use of gradient and non traditional approaches to pixel art but i'm personally concerned about the aesthetic over the authenticity.

tldr: I databended glitch art without knowing it was even considered an art. <3
