I honestly got really lazy near the end when I was adding the Belmont. I always envisioned it the plant castle with a green/pinkish/purplish color scheme, but I'll admit I kind of forgot to go back and make the colors mesh together well near the end.

On the not killing yourself side of things, how do you guys feel when you show art, and it gets a lot of favorite/likes, but very little comments?

Theres a side of me that says "oh hey people like this".. but that doesn't help me improve as much as "this sucks and you're bad"

Aside from the messy cleanup you'd be dumping on other people, jumping off a really high building always sounded good to me.

The pico8 has its own 16 color palette, so I had no choice!  I think most things look good in the game, hard to blend that green into anything though

This is my first time viewing the background at 1x zoom actually, and I'd be tempted to agree with the green. Never bothered me during testing, but it seems the contrast shines the smaller it gets.

I was just thinking, everytime I come back to look at the site, I see some very familiar names in the chatterbox. Makes me feel like I should have stuck around and got good.
