Wasn't really gone (except on a vacation in september), a mix of busy at work and stuck with iterations of this drawings for longer than I wanted honestly

I don't see it as an overdither, on the opposite, I think you have a masterful handle of that technique, actually being able to use it to bring out impressively thick atmospheres and textures that remind me of older photographies or ink drawings. Big fan of your portraits.

Cleaning up the few rough spots and stray pixels here and there would make this perfect, but hey, that's also a bit nitpicky seeing how you've communicated a quiet expanse very well here- I can basically hear the wind blowing when looking at it.

Keep at it, I like this. Sure there are rough parts and things you still got to learn, but big canvases are a challenge, and this already has a strong melancholic atmosphere to me.

Reading that it's "too scary to look at for too long" is honestly one of the biggest possible compliments for a drawing like this. ♥

And yeah, I may have a few more files with 4, 5 different versions of the background light, especially on the wall, but this one worked the best for not distracting too much from the main meat of the scene in the end.

I like this much, much more than the actual game.

hope the burnout will subside. Fantastic atmosphere and technique here.
