New avatar max size: 64x64

Finally decided to boost up avatar size another bit (with a little prodding by Wolverine).� The max dimensions for�your avatar is now�64 width by 64 height.�Perhaps when the site is redesigned we'll bump it up to 100x100.�

I'll be waiting impatiently for it to reach 100x100, I don't feel like making another self portrait. Silly me for making it that size to begin with, hardly any forums accept that size..
