TheBroth: A new collaborative art project

The Global Mosaic is a massively multiplayer live canvas, made of 1,000 colorful tiles that form collaborative artworks. When someone moves a tile, everyone else can see it move in real-time on their screens. It's a lot of fun and rather addictive!

A unique democratic "karma" system provides a social consensus for the transient digital artworks.

To preserve the fleeting masterpieces, there is an instant snapshot feature to save any mosaic to the gallery, complete with rating and user comments. Any artwork in the gallery is also immediately available printed on a t-shirt!

Additional features include free customizable mosaic rooms, a blog and a support forum.

TheBroth is an Ajax-driven Web 2.0 application that works in all modern browsers - no plugin or download required.

You can create collaborative artworks, work alone, or influence others. Our press release can be found here:

We'd be happy if you were to introduce TheBroth to your visitors. A review of TheBroth and perhaps discussion of this innovative form of art is very welcome.

Best regards,

Blake Hurley

It is superb- But there are always those people who just mess everything up - like on Playdo Graffiti.
