Code Mystics presented an Atari 2600 demake of the popular shooter, Halo, during the recent Classic Gaming Expo. You can check out the Flash version of the game here; use the arrow keys to move and the spacebar (or 'Z') to fire. Make sure that you move up one screen to find the gun first!
For further details on the game and ordering information for the physical cartridge version, check out the official Facebook page.

omfg i played the game and i nearly got a heart attack T_T
Meh, Halo or not, might be rubbish and crap but it is still strangely entertaining and addictive. For a game like that of course ;)
how very thoughtful of you ! ..., but i hope normal people arent as stupid as me ^^
Pretty rubbish and tacking the name HALO on it did not make it any better imo. I guess anything released on an 2600 today is a novelty seeing there is not too much.
Not sure I get the point of 'demakes' like this. So basic that doesn't really resemble halo at all. could be anything but has the halo name on it to generate publicity. maybe i'm just a cynic (is that the right word?)
game itself is alright though. i'd have preferred it to be nothing to do with halo as i'm really not a fan of that series
guess the whole thing just works for the novelty of taking the whole concept to its most primitive state.
