Funny how people consider this a competition between countries
Officially awards should be generated on the 15th of the month. Most months we get around to it later than the 15th. Last month we forgot about posting the previous month and was a bit of a mess so this month I wanted to be on time.
so what you're saying is that this monthly top isn't two weeks early, but that most other monthlies are awarded two weeks late? ;-)
we usually try to do the monthly top mid-way through the next month, allowing the most recent pieces half a month of voting. voting slows to a trickle within that time frame, everything tends to settle.
Is it just me, or is this really really early this month? Don't we usually let the most recent pieces get 30 days of voting?
I wish i was good enough to win a trophy with leftovers or a practice piece 
some beautiful peices made this month.
