Pixel Art Challenge: DuskTaker's Palette

DawnBringer's evil twin has devised a dastardly palette:

Can you create something with it?

Canvas Size - Max 160 x 120; either horizontal or vertical.
Colours - Exactly 16.
Transparency - No.
Animation - No.

Thanks to everyone that suggested the idea of a DawnBringer palette weekly challenge.

I did a test and basically yes, It's just a negative and/or inversion of DB's.

I really want to know more about this palette. Is it an inversion of a DB palette? I find the palette here to be INCREDIBLY pleasing. A3um's newest piece really depicts the richness and alien vibes this palette gives off.

Sometimes it depends, but it looks like for this specific challenge it says:

Colours - Exactly 16.
