Create a mock-up of a game with a protagonist that is a monster.
Edit: We all know that humans are indeed the real monsters, but for the sake of this challenge, humans aren't considered as being monsters.

@P0int- I beleive it is anything using game assets (whose purpose is originally for a video game) to show an example of something. Usually a level, or a title screen, game over screen, or things of that nature. I think you (or anyone else) could do Cover Art if you/they wanted to- as long as it has game assets in it.
I would like some further clarification. I am also unfamiliar with the full definition of video game mock-up.
Can it be Cover Art? Or only 'Potential Gameplay 'Screenshots''?
If I wasn't so busy I'd love to have a go at something in the vein of Shadow of the Beast...
Well, it wasn't obvious to me when there are variable meanings to the word. So I'd suspect there'd be others who wouldn't have known too. It's always best to be concise in these matters. Thanks for clarifying it though.
In pixel art sites, it's almost always used synonimously since all mockups are game mockups.
That's always been the implication when the term 'mock-up' has been used.
Edit: regardless, I've updated again.
Dammit, unrestricted canvas again, and 32 colors might as well be unlimited :D MUST MAKE SOMETHING
I think I'm gonna use one of my Classical Monster Buddies to bring a mockup of the game to life...
Make an image of a fake game with the main character being a monster. Does that help?
mock-up or sprite? It sounds like the monstar needs to be in a scene or something
I am not native english and I totally don't get what I am supposed to do here
Well, anything could be a monster. An alien, a vampire, a giant spider... aren't they?
Sorry if it bothers you but I just want to clarify something. Is the challenge to make a protagonist that is a monster like Frankenstein or turn an existing protagonist into one, like Wolfman Mario or something?
Come to think of it I've already done a game mock up featuring a beastly protagonist for a different Pixel Joint challeneg about six years ago... *hopes everyone forgets so i can re-submit it*
