Here's Metaru's work on PIXEL http://ledpixelart.com/portfolio-item/metaru/ , turned out great! Metaru plus a few other PJers did some fantastic art for the project. My hope is that PIXEL will help popularize pixel art and make it available to a larger audience.

I take your feedback on the price and would have liked to offer PIXEL at a lower price. The challenge is PIXEL is a low volume, niche product and the LEDs are very expensive. If the Kickstarter goes well, I hope to offer a few more paid jobs to some more PJers.

Apparently Metaru did some pixel art for this. That'd be cool to see his characters on a LED painting thingy-ma-jig.
