This app is very similar to PyxelEdit (BETA) which is also available for PC/Mac. Found by 8 Bit Dreams

Games
Skimore Games has been featured in Pixeljoint before but many may have never visited and those that have should see her new games. Of note, Fairune (original online mini game), the enhanced Fairume 3DS and the upcoming Drancia (the basis for Slayin).
New site features include palettes and the Twitter page gives current info on all new developments.
This site is in Japanese but many games require no translation at all but there's lots to read so its worth translating. Found by 8 Bit Dreams

This game is being developed by Elias Zacarias from Giant Enemy Labs and PJointer Felipe Alfonso a.k.a. manxana.
After its debut at ExpoGeek Chile 2014, the demo is now available to the public. Download PC Demo HERE
