Canvas Size - Max 1600x160px.
Colors - Max 4 (palette + transparency.
Transparency - Required.
Animation - Required.

As for the rules...
Just want to make sure that it should not be perhaps 160x160px instead.

I'm ok with that but is it really meant to be 1600px wide? It's almost full HD width
