I've been lurking around these pixel places since about 2001. I was on pixelation at that time (pixelation.cjb.net, pixelation.swoo.net) which I found my way to after stumbling onto Tsugumo's famous tutorial. I've followed the various communities since then, such as the one Zoggles set up for Pixelation regs and I can't remember what else

Block work that is "WIP"? absolutely. Where the submitter says "it's not done I don't care", again, yes. But "IT NEEDS AA AND DITHERING I AM A PIXEL MASTER YOU ARE ALL INFERIOR" is inconsistent with hundreds and hundreds of low quality pieces that have been approved. Some people just aren't very good. A lot of people, actually. Let them through and rate them 1/5

They're great for a sketch to plan out what you're going to do, but they're incomplete, and not yet made into pixel art
