Pixel art history:
Deyman started out with pixel art when he found a program called Game Maker 6.1 in 2004.
He started making some sprites after a year or two, that's how it all started. In the end of 2007 Deyman got a laptop from his dad and lost the interest in making sprites etc. He installed World of Warcraft and played it for 2 years untill his laptop borke down in february 2009. He was forced to pick up his old computer from 1996 and find something fun to do with it. Then he remembered that his design teacher (Timbral on Pixeljoint) in scool told him that there was a site full of cool pixel art. Deyman got his interest back in making sprites and pixel art.
He is still a noob at it but tries his best to make it look good! He gets inspired by many members at pixeljoint and learns all kinds of stuff looking at their works.
Who is Deyman?
Deyman is a 18 year old student in Sweden. His schools name is Ljud och Bildskolan (The Sound and Image school). He have learned the basics and some advanced knowlege in movie making and is now studying Design. He loves to play video games and making games with Game Maker 6.1. He also likes to draw and look at Discovery Channel. He listens almost all kinds of music and specially like music from video games such as 8-bit NES music, SNES music, Koji Kondo (Legend of Zelda) and Warcraft 2 soundtrack (The Warcraft II soundtrack is a epic masterpiece! 
).

I also think his throat is a bit to high, but since it's manga I guess it doesn't really matter ( ? ) But great job man! =D |
