Good [morning/afternoon/evening] (circle whichever is appropriate) to you, [insert reader name here], and welcome to my PixelJoint page.  I'm CHines, Mr. Bailey on the internets, and I am an English teacher who also happens to have an interest in the whole art thing.  I do everything from writing stories and poetry to composing music to traditional and digital art - however, since I don't yet consider myself to be on a 'professional' level in any of these skills, I am still seeking further ways to improve both my craft and my approach to it. 

I've only been actively pursuing pixel art skills for the past few months; as a result, near everything you will see is both new and experimental.  However, I do hope to hone these skills enough over time to do some work on game design, toward which end I have a number of ideas in mind.
