I made this for the 72 hour game development competition. I learned a lot about animation from doing this, even though its only four basic frames.. Im also not used to using such a low color count on such a big piece, so it was new stuff all around.

Wasn't gonna click this, then saw "by Morganne" and had to do it. Brilliant animation considering it consists of only 4 frames, love the colour choices too.
You got a very good flow with just four different frames.
I was thinking that would be nice to add some meat color to the amputated members and maybe some cracked bones in the middle. It would look more scary I think.

Thanks for the comments everyone!
Shark: yeah, there is technically more than four frames, but there is only four individually pixeled frames... I just added in the extra ones so it looked like he was going somewhere instead of just jumping up and down in place.
zAK: I was considering adding in some blood, but I didnt think it would be too much fun to have him dripping stuff that didn't end up leaving a bloody trail (in the game). You're lucky I managed to get the frames it has, I consider myself horrible at animation.
Ooh, I also just noticed an inconsistency in the outline, but Im going to be lazy and leave it how it is.
