Working on this for more then 1 year now.
Quite tired of this piece, decided to finish because when I first posted it was so sketchy it couldn't reach the gallery.

Hiuru (Level 5 Killer Klown) @ 5/11/2016 19:09

Looks great! I'd change the angle of the eyes a bit tho, like theyre currently at like a 45 degree angle so it makes it look a bit funny in my opinion

philippejugnet (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/11/2016 10:22

Fixed guys, thanks.
Thanks yahkehbu!

@ego I'm glad you like it :).

delicatone (Level 7 Sheriff) @ 5/11/2016 07:20

Ah you gotta get that dithering fixed! After Cure pointed it out, I can't stop looking at it!! ha. Good work! Actually I really like the further away lamp post, with the one in front, our brains fill in the gaps. Very cool!

Ego (Level 6 Commander) @ 5/11/2016 07:15

This is so impressive. It keeps your iconic painterly look that I've come to admire, but without the rough edges on the clusters. Really stunning work. And even outside of the pixel-level cluster skill, it's also a well-composed and colored piece.

philippejugnet (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/10/2016 13:47

Thanks everyone!

jok (Level 11 Master Assassin) @ 5/10/2016 09:07

DatMuffinMan (Level 4 Mercenary) @ 5/8/2016 09:50

wow, zoomed in to see classic philippe unfinished-ness, and was really pleasantly surprised! awesome work!

rhlstudios (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/8/2016 08:08

This is ridiculously awesome, wow

philippejugnet (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/7/2016 19:01

Thanks for taking your time to edit.
@cure, no idea how the dithering ended up there, but thanks! :)
thanks all :p

Mr_Hk_ (Level 5 Sniper) @ 5/5/2016 17:04

Super cool image. I was about to add the same comment as cute. Also Christoballs retake is super effective and add a sub layer in the overhall compo.

cure (Level 11 Pixellite) @ 5/5/2016 13:31

Excellent work. I agree with Christoballs, goes to show what you can accomplish when you work a piece to completion. The little bit of black dithering in the upper left irks me though.

philippejugnet (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/5/2016 08:35

Looks good! Thanks Christoballs! :)
@Jamon - Thanks :)

Christoballs (Level 7 Neanderthal) @ 5/5/2016 03:07

One of your best pieces so far, because it looks more or less finished! The composition and colour scheme are good, and I like the cityscape.
Here's an edit where I've switched the eyes:

Keep up the good work!

jamon (Level 10 Operative) @ 5/5/2016 01:57

Nice one... 'glad you finish it ;)

philippejugnet (Level 6 Hitman) @ 5/4/2016 18:34

The idea is that you see the character with both expressions, interpretations are up to you on what he's doing there and what's happening to the viewer.

If your imagination can only take you to he's doing nothing (chillin') it's up to you

Macaroni and Cheese (Level 2 Corporal) @ 5/4/2016 18:31

So is this guy chillin in a manhole?

The size of this piece is intimidating.

ParkerBabyDiaperCompany (Level 2 King Checker) @ 5/4/2016 18:24

Nice! I thought it was a3um (I think that's his name) from the thumbnail. Cool style.
