First of all, Don't know if it's only me, but his mouth looks a bit far from the line of the face. Guess it could be better one pixel to the left =)
The clothes are very well done, but I didn't like it. I mean, not the sprite, but the style xP
The lighter brown could be more used as well. It would be very good on chest and legs, enhancing his muscles.
Except this, it's a pretty excelent sprite, hehe. As well done as all yours ;) xD

And, heh, he reminds me The Punisher XD
