Damnit, I was always hoping I'd get to eat something just like what I saw in video games! Ham doesn't actually have the intact bone sticking out on both sides, and neither does yours really. Oh well.
What kind of meat is that on the seventh row down six items over? I often saw it in games back in the day. It always looked the same - a near-cylindrical hunk of meat on a bone that stuck out on either side. I always called it 'mystery meat', because I'd never seen anything like it in real life. I figured it must be some sort of Japanese dish, because all the times I'd seen it were in Japanese games. Some of the games I remember it from are The Legend of Zelda ( it was the 'bait' item), the Final Fight series, and a quick bit of googling brought up the game Lunar: Walking school, a game I'd never heard of. Here's a link to the image from that game.
Those are really kool, doppleganger. I good piece for a portfolio too! These would be awesome in a game like Harvest moon where you're a farmer that grows and sells different types of food.
Food ftw. Nice style, all items are distinguishable. If they ever make a cooking game for the gba, I hope you'll be on the team ;)
The bananas could've been a slight bit yellower to my mind though.
