I think what's there looks good, but this would be so much more badass if it didn't cut off at the eyes like that. Honestly, it seems moer like a "don't feel like doing the rest" kinda thing than an actual stylistic choice.
As it is, I really do like it. The colours are great, the technique is solid, and despite certain flaws (like, as HD pointed out, the size of the eye), it just looks cool, overall. The fact that it seems unfinished to me, though, detracts from it significantly.
