Six years ago, I submitted this artwork, portraying an octet of characters that had gone from Mega Man fancharacters to just strange, Mega Man-adjacent designs. That work had an immense sense of pride attached to it; at that point, it was indisputably the best thing I'd ever created. So, I guess this is a monument to my improvement as an artist.

Just as with the original artwork, this is inspired heavily by the work of Snake; in fact, the Mega Man on the left-hand side here started as a straight edit of his own Mega Man sprite. Hopefully by now it is distinct enough that I can submit it alongside these other original works.
