@Afflict: I see no dithering on the pants, even on 3x zoom.
@Anim8or: Up the contrast, the shading can barely be seen, even on 2x zoom.

Wow Nice one! You have managed to texture the shirt nicely also your dithering on the panths and lighting are perfect! Love the Hair!
