Decided to name them as I did primarily because of the stone ring, as it would probably have to be quite big to hold up, and secondly as somewhat of a call back to an older piece I created (Giants' Forest) for a challenge where the palette too was quite unusual and difficult to work with.

In a somewhat backward manner I decided to look more closely into the palette after finishing the piece, and discovered there are interesting possibilites in the lighter range of the palette; particularly interesting is the purple-purple grey-white ramp which I didn't explore, would've been interesting to create a white ring made out of an ivory looking material. But alas, the darker colours, and their transition to the lighter colours, is the biggest downfall of the palette unfortunately, being too abrupt and too chromatic.

Thank you very much gawrone. I think that one should make the most out of what they get, in general, and of course my goal as an artist is to make the best artwork I possibly can; having a limited, difficult palette makes for a very nice exercise.
