COMPLETELY custom, except for the head which is fairly heavily edited from an in-game sprite. UPDATE: Updated and chose colour scheme 6.

If its supposed to be in style, you missed the mark, if not okay.
Now. I'll come out and say it. This isn't that good. I've seen much better from you.
First, the face. Now, the face doesn't have any real problems. THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG. It sticks out of the sprite, looks like you edited(never a good thing).
Now, the jacket. lineart: The arm in our side is too skinny. shading: You need more. And more. and more. And a distinguishable lightsource.
The shirt. this is alright, though more shading near the bottom would help.
The neck area. There isn't one, and it is VERY odd.
The pants. That lame excuse for pant shading. You need more shading. And more. and more. And more. and more. And more. and more. And more. and more. And more. and more. And more. and more.
The shoes: What's up with the no shading?
The hair: A tiny bit less would do. Pretty nice.
The hands: What is up with the not real hand thing! People make balls for hands to look like a fist, but.... I mean, noone's fist is a little ball. Redo these completly. Also, colored outline with the rest having no colored outline = bad.

Color scheme 5, cuz green is the only one where your pants look right at the outline.
