I think the hook is a bit too big for the little fish 
But the textureing of this piece is AWESOME!

Great job as usual! Good choice of colours and I like the slightly chaotic surface you used on the fishes, it makes them look more believable I think.

the fishes are amazing, but you could have done a bit more than copy a fish and paste it everywhere..the asymetrical border is a nice touch!
the colors are great and fit perfectly what I imagine of Serbia ...
(no offense, I'm just kidding and ignorant )next time, maybe, I'll post an interesting comment...
edit: I just decided to give it a go and noticed that the asymetrical border is in the template lol, I didn't notice it on the other entries

Not only is it brilliantly pixelled, but the concept is great too.I agree with Jamon, speculars could make it seem more pixel-art like too.

Beautiful! But why isn't the little fish eating anything? Stick a hook in front of the little guy for added irony.
Oh, and shouldn't the stamp edge be transparency?
