its torso looks too flat cause of the shading D: reference pic is the cover for one of the OP games: http://www.pirates-corsaires.com/img/one-piece-grand-adventure-cover.jpg EDIT: fixed some couple of things, specially colours (merged quite a bit of them, down to 24+transparency).

The outline is fine, but the AA doesn't work. Most noticably on the arm. Nie job overall, though.
