I think the animation works fine,it does give a nice effect...Great job

I love how the animation makes the wings look transparent, even when they aren't.

Need better animation in the wings, but everything else is awsome.

I tried both of your suggestions, but they just don't work very well.  I believe that the two-frame wing animation works the best, since Ninjask is pretty much the fastest Pokemon there is.  Adding even one more frame would slow it down too much.

Needs either a transition frame or a "whoosh" effect on the wings, if you know what I mean.

It's ok otherwise.
