There are some random pixels that flash on her arm during the blink.  I hope this is pixel art cuz I like it.  

i saw the reference. cept my idiot self deleted it. i'm sure it's pixel art, as her eyes are bigger in the picture than in this pixel.

I'm just saying, if you want to convince people, you'd have to provide proof.
If you really made it 100% hand, what is there to lose?

Ever wondered why it is yet to get into the gallery? That's because not many people are convinced that it's pixel art.;)

So I guess it's your choice if you want to show a ref or not, nothing I can do, really.:S

I'll get straight to the point here, if you're not getting it; I think you didn't make it by hand, that is to say, you just resized it and used a program to reduce the colors.

Just show us the reference pic you used, and we'll see how much of it is made by you.:)

A reference refers to the actual image you used to work from in its original state.

You should post a reference, so that people will know how much you put into the pic.:)
