Wanted to keep the cartoony cell-shading, but with added highlights and shadows, just to make it interesting.

Yes, it still looks like Dick.

Be creative, change the shape of the nose, Cat's eye glasses are a good suggestion, imo.

Also, looks very flat.

The hand is cool.  The nose looks amputated to me.  I wonder what you could add to make this seem more like a woman.  Maybe if the glasses were Cat's-eye and he had a bonnet instead of that hat.  Or give her earrings and a necklace.  Lipstick..  tampon... something girly.

Doesnt look very female to me, and shading isnt great either..
