I can't really decide whether it needs dithering or not, I didn't even notice there wasn't any until ir said so. I like the blue shading and the lighting kicks some ass, so 5 stars.

Black outline=better.  Ditto to what sedge said.

initial reality:  Naah dithering would completely destroy the shading.

I wouldn't call it fair to compare me to miascugh since we took two very different approaches to it. If I remember his coloring correctly, that is.

It's good but after seeing miascugh's one I can't say it's great. Some dithering could help.

Terrific coloring work and a great lineart character to start too. The blue highlighting is soooooo good.
