This is actually good.
I like the volume being portrayed.

Though the dithering is messy in some places, like under the upper mouth.

Great overall but that dark blue at the bottom of the seat doesn't work for me.

the right bottom tooth (our right) is really getting me...it's completely flat and jaggy...if you polish this piece up a bit...it would be true awesomeness

Very cool pixel. I think the lineart around the lower part of the seat where there are just 2 teeth should be cleaned up and colored using the same selout as you have elsewhere. Looks very unfinished there. This also goes for the eyes overall flatnesss. Not up to the standards you have set for yourself with your other pixels.
